| Rick has more than 18 years of real estate experience behind him. Co-owner of Weichert, Realtors-Triad Associates, he understands the complex real estate market through the company. Rick is heavily involved in lead development and sales. He is past regional vice president, which covered Tennessee, North and South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida, for the Realtors Land Institute. He also served as North Carolina chapter president in 1999. Rick has served on various local association committees through the years and currently serves on the education and MLS committees.
